1st Generation: Starting year 1932, in Jaffa Palestine, with Al Taqadum Company for bus chassis assembly, then in Jordan, year 1949, opening a store for selling imported paints.

2nd Generation: With the help of the elder sons, in year 1969, a small warehouse was established for producing paints and moving forward with their success expanding their plants through the middle east and other countries around the world. In year 1988, the third son joined Sayegh Group playing a vital role as technical manager of research and laboratories. Wife of Mr. Michael also joined the group as a public relation manager in 1990.
