The factory works continuously 24 hr daily, 6 days weekly and it depends on shifts system and the head management always works to improve the abilities of factory team to work as professionals.
The factory produces two types of products through two types of reactors. Three reactors produces solvent base with capacity between 6 - 8 m3 in volume, provided with heating system by thermal oil. And two reactors produces water base with capacity of 5 m3 in volume, heating by hot water. Each reactor provided with automatically controlling system (p. l. c).
What is Resin
A thick sticky liquid produced chemically, used as a binder. Its essential function is film formation, the ability to pass from a low viscosity liquid film to a more or less hard plastic one.
It also has the ability to bind particles of pigment together and retain them in the film, the choice of binder play the major part in deciding the properties of the film, though these properties may be modified to a considerable extent by the use of pigment. Among the more important film properties, we should mention:
Adhesion: Adhesion to the substance being painted.
Gloss: All binders are glossy but there are some differences between some binders.
Mechanical properties; this general description covers properties as hardness, flexibility and resistance to sudden shocks.
