Michael Sayegh interviews young people at Zain's ZINC platform

As part of Think ZINC speakers' sessions series, Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) hosted Mr. Michael Sayegh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sayegh Group. These sessions are constantly held at Zain's platform of innovation, hosting inspirational and influential figures and success stories from various fields. The series discuss various topics concerning youth.

During a session facilitated by Ahmad Al Hanandeh, CEO of Zain Company, Sayegh talked about his success, his beginnings, and his work with his father since the age of seven. He stressed the principle of the Sayegh family that their children must engage in the family's business just like other employees. This is to help them gain the required experience and get a deep insight on the needs of work and employees. He pointed out the gap between the outputs of education and the requirements of the labor market, as most graduates lack the necessary information and practical experience.
