Roya wins the Eutelsat TV Global Awards for "Lifestyle" category

Roya TV won the Eutelsat TV Global Awards for “lifestyle” category in the ceremony that was held on Friday the 25th of November 2016 in Milan City – Italy.

120 channels from 37 different countries participated in the competition, which had started a few months ago, of which 24 channels were nominated for the finals for 8 different categories; Lifestyle, Kids, News, movies, Documentaries, Music, Sports, Science fiction and entertainment.

Roya competed in this Global award for “Lifestyle” category along with two other channels which are “ Arewa 24” from Nigeria, and “ Bober” from Russia, and has achieved the award.

Mr. Fares Sayegh – Director General of Roya TV- said that being honored today puts upon us the responsibility of advancement & progress in our success story and the need to develop our content to the best level.

Mr. Sayegh considers this award as a tribute to Jordan, since Roya TV participated in this competition representing Jordan, and competed with channels from different countries worldwide.
